Who is responsible for your data
This website is run by The Marketing Maestro, a business registered in Poland ("we"). For any privacy question, email [email protected].
What we collect and why
- The "Work with me" form. Your name, email, brand details and message. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to prepare an offer. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Free guide downloads. Your email address, so we can send you the guide you asked for and, as you agreed, occasional marketing tips. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in our emails or by writing to us; this doesn't affect anything sent before.
- Emails you send us. Your email address and message, used to reply. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Purchases. Products are sold by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the seller (merchant of record) and processes your payment under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email address and order details to deliver your order and answer your questions. Legal basis: performance of the purchase contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Website statistics. On our shop and product pages we count visits anonymously: the page, the campaign link you came from, your device type (mobile or desktop), how far you scrolled, how long the page was open, which buttons you clicked and how much of a video you watched. We use no cookies, store nothing on your device, do not record your IP address and cannot link these statistics to you. If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal, nothing is counted.

How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to reply and follow up, and at most 2 years after our last contact, unless we start working together, in which case accounting and contract rules apply. Guide sign-ups stay on our email list until you unsubscribe.
